WiLAT Malaysia : Knowledge Transfer & Outreach Program and setting up of CILT Thailand

On February 5th, 2024, a meeting took place in Bangkok between The Chartered Institute Logistics and Transport Malaysia (CILTM) and Thai Global Business Administration Technological College (TGBC). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the establishment of CILT in Thailand. CILTM was represented by CILTM President/International Vice President SEA Region, Prof Ts Dr Muhammad Zaly Shah FCILT, and TGBC was represented by Dr Prattana Srisuk, who is the Director of TGBC. The meeting also included a Knowledge Transfer and Outreach Program, which was organized by WiLAT Malaysia, CILTM and Next Gen CILTM. During this program, students in Thailand were able to participate in a sharing session with several speakers from CILTM and WiLAT Malaysia. The speakers included Assoc Prof Ts Dr Jessica Ong CMILT, Dr Jenny Wong CMILT, Ms Nor Fathiah Othman CMILT, Ts Dr Mohd Azam Din FCILT, Assoc Prof Dr Jagan Jeevan CMILT, Chairman of CILTM Terengganu Section, Mr Kamarazaman Yacob FCILT Chairman of CILTM Pahang Section, Ms Carol Wong CMILT CILTM Council member, and Mdm Sharifah Salwa Abu Bakar CMILT the Head of CILTM Secretariat.
